C.E.O & Founder – The Late Rev. Fr. Augustine Kawishe
The Late Rev. Fr. Augustine Kawishe was the Founder of Neo Mailisita Education Foundation (formerly Mailisita Education Foundation), a charitable organization dedicated to providing quality education, holistic development, and community empowerment.
The Foundation was established in 2006 through the vision and initiative of Fr. Augustine Kawishe, then Parish Priest of The Immaculate Conception of Mary Parish, Mailisita, in partnership with St. Joseph Catholic Parish, Chicago, Illinois, USA.
Driven by a strong commitment to education and social transformation, Fr. Augustine envisioned a future where every child, regardless of background, would have access to quality learning opportunities and the chance to realize their full potential. His leadership focused on the values of service, integrity, compassion, and excellence.
Through Neo Mailisita Education Foundation, he inspired lasting change by promoting education, nurturing talents, and supporting sustainable community development. Fr. Augustine firmly believed that education is the foundation for transforming lives, empowering communities, and building a brighter future for generations to come.
His legacy continues to guide and inspire the Foundation’s mission today.
